Property in Altinkum Turkey

The town of Altinkum has a large choice of properties with some of the lowest prices on the Turkish Coast.

You can buy a two bedroom flat for as little as £25,000. However, don't expect this apartment to be close to the beach for that price.

You can purchase a well constructed 2 bed apartment, say 5-10 minute walk from the main beach priced between £40,000 to £50,000. For a three to four bed duplex apartment you are looking at £50,000 to £70,000.

Apartments at the latter price are a much better investment than the cheaper properties.
