We will ensure that your property is safe and secure by visiting your property on a regular basis. When we visit your property we check that is clean and tidy and that all the utilities are working as they should. If your property is furnished we will inspect the property and advise you if anything needs to be done.

You may want to organize the collection and return of keys for your property, or a bunch of flowers and bottle of wine be left at the property prior to the new tenant arriving. All of these simple touches can be arranged.

The charges for our property management service vary depending on the level of service you require, the property location and property type. Villas usually have a higher charge than apartments.
